Whether you are looking to lower inflammation OR just want one hell of a nutrient packed sauce this is your new staple 🤗

  • 1/2 onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 cup diced beetroot

  • 1 cup diced carrot

  • 2 cups diced pumpkin

  • 1 cup organic vegetable stock

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • Handful of chopped parsley

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper


Sauté and soften the onions and garlic. Add in the diced veg, then cover with stick, herbs and season. Cover and simmer on low for at least 30 min. Blitz with stick blender then squeeze in lemon juice and mix in parsley.


Great for the freezer!
