The high level of ECGC in green tea is something your cell and gut health will love! This quick and easy salad is packed with nutrients and super duper tasty 😋
Totally gluten, dairy free. Anti-inflammatory and low gi 💕

Miso tofu:


Mix together:

2tbs miso paste, 1 tbs tamari, 1 tbs maple, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp fresh ginger grated, 1 small garlic clove minced.


Mix your chopped firm tofu through it and bake in oven until gloriously brown. (Approx 12-15 min in moderate oven.


Green Tea Dressing:


Simply mix together: 1/4 cup brewed green tea, cooled, 1 tbs mirin, 1 tsp tamari, 1 tsp sesame, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp matcha season and pour over salad.


Salad base: spinach leaves, avocado. Also great with smashed cucumber.

Top with sesame seeds and fresh herbs 🌿
